FAQs
Emergency questions—answered fast
? Do you reserve same-day spots?
Yes. We hold limited priority times for urgent pediatric needs—call and we’ll fit you in.
? Is a knocked-out baby tooth an emergency?
Call us for guidance. Baby teeth are not re-implanted, but we will check for injury and discuss space maintenance if needed.
? Pain at night or weekend?
Call the office number for instructions. If severe injury or uncontrolled bleeding, visit the ER or call 911.
? Can my child eat or drink before an urgent visit?
Small sips of water are fine. If sedation might be needed, we may ask you to pause food/drink—call first.
? How do you manage anxiety during emergencies?
Kid-first language, topical/local anesthetic, and comfort options like nitrous or oral conscious sedation when appropriate.
